This is the homespot of Karen riding F-one and holding the women record (Woo) for big air.
The island is shaped like an archipelago with many beaches. The most popular one is Longmen beach close by the B&B Sunrise.
The island receives the wind challenging in the corridor between China and Taiwan.... Windiest place in Asia from November to March. Dec-Jan is better with a full summer wetsuit. Mating city, capital of the island, is not far from the spot and offers variety of seafood and taiwanese hotpot. Flight from Taipei to Penghu not always easy to book cause website in traditional mandarin.
