Amazing spot. The place where the Desert meets the ocean. Only 250 kms from Lima, capital of Peru, Paracas is a fisherman town that has grown thanks to tourism and the diversity of activities to do.
The kite spot is a U shaped bay with flat water. Shallow area zone close... to the shore, really good for beginners, getting deeper little by little. Very steady side off-shore winds that go from 15 to 35 knots with an average of 18 knots. The spot is huge, super spacious, and not very crowded (for the moment). Locals are super friendly and helpful.
